By accessing our website or availing our publishing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We provide manuscript editing, cover design, ISBN registration, print-on-demand, eBook publishing, retail distribution, and author marketing support. Specific services, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate publishing agreement signed with the author.
You retain full copyright and ownership of your manuscript. By submitting your work, you grant KKJHA Online a limited, non-exclusive licence to format, print, and distribute it solely as agreed in the publishing agreement. We will never claim ownership or authorship over your work. All editorial changes require your final approval before publication.
By submitting a manuscript, you confirm that the work is original, does not infringe any third-party rights, contains no unlawful or defamatory content, and that you have full legal authority to enter a publishing agreement. KKJHA Online is not liable for any claims arising from content that violates these warranties.
A non-refundable advance is required before work begins. Remaining payments follow milestones specified in the publishing agreement. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods. Late payment may result in suspension of services and delay of publication.
Royalty rates, revenue sharing, and payment frequency are defined in your individual publishing agreement. We provide periodic sales reports and pay royalties to your registered bank account after deduction of applicable platform commissions and distribution fees.
All manuscripts and author information are treated as strictly confidential. We will not share your work or personal details with any third party without your written consent, except where required by law or for fulfilling your publishing services with printers or distributors under NDA.
Cancellation before any work begins: full refund less a processing fee. Cancellation after editing has started: partial refund based on work completed. Cancellation after design is finalised: no refund on service fees. Printed copies are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@kailashkumarjha.online.
KKJHA Online is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the publishing of your work. Our total liability under any publishing agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the author for that specific project.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
